Joy to His World by Clare Dargin is the second book in the Love Play Match Making Service series. I did not read the first in this series and I was not lost reading this one.
I love the addicting writing style Ms. Dargin has. There is chemistry and character connection that makes me want to know more and stay invested in her character's happiness. There is plenty of hot steamy sex to keep me turning the pages but I loved getting into the heads of her characters and feeling what they feel. Great over all story arc too. Believable and true feeling.
Chris, Jilly and Nate are happily married. They live in a town run by a match making service which I thought was pretty neat. Chris is the over protective one. Being dominate I can see where that comes into play. I think he just needs to learn to trust himself in this book. He is strong enough.
Jilly and Nate love and trust Chris, they just wished he felt the same about himself. I loved their loving sweet natures. They are both strong too, no doormats here.
There is a lot of emotional angst in this book, and bdsm scenes too. I loved how they added just the right touch to this story. Over all this is a great read and I cannot wait to read more from this series in the future.
