Sexy, snarky, and smart, Oren embodies all the qualities Isaac wants in a mate—except Oren chose Isaac’s best friend. Isaac tried to do the decent thing. To forget, Isaac moved to a new town and pack, but time only worsened the ache and longing.

Ten years has passed, and Oren comes knocking on Isaac’s door, seeking sanctuary and carrying an urn of ashes. Oren doesn’t know what to expect. Gone is the shy young wolf he met years ago. Domineering and protective, Isaac kindles a need inside Oren he never expected to feel again. Oren has loved and lost. He doesn’t think he deserves a second chance with a great guy like Isaac, but Isaac seems determined to chip at Oren’s defenses until Oren says "yes."

Review
Longing for Isaac is the 6th book in the Darkfall Mountain Pack series by author Fel Fern. I adore this author's works. Always great character connection and a fast moving story with a touch of humor thrown in. This is the first time I have read this particular series, I was not lost picking up this book. I love series like that. Makes it nice from a reader and a reviewer's stand point.
Isaac dominate werewolf enforcer for Darkfall Mountain pack. He might be big and bad and alpha like but he is about to have his entire world turned upside down.
Oren is a snarky, sexy, sassy as they come Tabby shifter. Isaac has always known Oren was his mate, but Oren chose Isaac's best friend over him So Isaac left. Now Oren has search out Isaac. He needs closure, and help.
I like that Isaac is strong. He has had to be to over come all he has in his life. He has rebuilt his life from nothing. Oren needing his help gives him hope that he can convince Oren that they belong together.
Cute, sweet, and lots of twists and turns in this story. I cannot wait for the next book in this series. I want to see who falls in love next.
