Solae O’bora is an interstellar bounty hunter who prides herself on always working alone. But when her most recent job presents a challenge she’s never encountered, she realizes she’s going to need the help of the one man she’s always spurned, Raav Asirian—a powerfully handsome mercenary who exudes dominant sexuality and threatens to take from Solae the one thing she values most, her control. Raav is willing to do the job, but it comes at a high price: she’ll have to go to bed with him, his way, to get his help.

Forced to choose between failing at her mission and surrendering to a man she fears will consume her completely, Solae reluctantly agrees to submit to Raav’s every demand, and soon the two are engulfed by a fiery passion. And as they give themselves over fully to a frenzied desire more intense than either of them ever dreamed of, they’ll come to realize the erotic possibilities binding them are as vast and infinite as space.

This book was previously published as Across the Stars.

Travelling the galaxy in search of the man responsible for the deaths of her mother and sister is the only life Solae knows. So being offered the bounty for that man is better than she ever expected. However catching while in the presence of Raav is her worse fear. Especially as Raav makes her forget her duty and lose her control.
I really enjoyed Infinite Desire by India Masters. It is the first in her Across the Stars series and it was full of sexual tension from beginning to end. Raav has chased Solae from one end of the galaxy to the other and when given an opportunity to catch her plans to use her body and desires against her. But will his plans back fire?
This was my first time reading Ms. Masters’ work and it will not be the last. She gave us characters that were strong willed with a sense of humor. I enjoyed seeing Raav and Solae butt heads only to find themselves burning their differences away with passion. Ms. Masters kept the story moving along even as she provided an unexpected twist. Both Raav and Solae were well developed characters whose passion and chemistry was believable. I liked seeing them find a way to build a relationship. This story was a nice quick read.
