Embry Ford was a quiet, ordinary guy—until tragedy ripped his life apart. Now he's living under the radar, desperate to hide his identity and determined to learn the truth behind what happened. Even if that means working for—and bedding—a man he loathes.

As a bodyguard to a shadowy arms dealer, Brogan Smith knows distractions can kill as easily as a bullet. But when he sets his eyes on his client's sexy assistant, he can't get him out of his mind. Even more unnerving: the closer he gets to Embry, the more Brogan starts to suspect he might be protecting the wrong man.

Embry was sure nothing but vengeance would satisfy him—until Brogan offers him something far more tempting. Now Embry must choose: punish the people who nearly destroyed him or fight for a future with the man who has become his entire world.

Review
Bad Judgment by Sidney Bell has the story of secrets, vengeance, and love with Brogan the bodyguard and Embry the assistant to a powerful CEO that Brogan is protecting. Embry comes off as efficient, well mannered, and a little bit of sass thrown in for fun. He also has more than few secrets going on in this book. One is he is having an affair with his boss. But why? That will be the question Brogan will ask.
Brogan is a bodyguard with a specific skill set. He has been working the security division for about three years now. He is not a man who is easily fooled. He also is the last man Embry expects to fall for. Brogan crushes on Embry first, but after getting to know more about Embry he wants to really be a part of the man's life.
I loved how these two don't seem suited but turn out to be perfect together. Over all a must read. Loved this book.
Has action, love, and a little bit of mystery all rolled in to one amazing well paced read I could not put down.
