Who doesn’t want a sexy man who can make a wicked calzone? But stuffed pizza isn’t the only thing baking in Cal’s oven.

Cal’s my kind of guy. Domineering and mysterious, Cal’s wolf is the perfect fit to my prickly beast. A roll in the woods would do the grumpy wolf some good too, except I’m not here for some harmless fun. Hiding secrets, lying about his past—Cal’s been one naughty wolf, but he doesn’t need to worry.

This little werehedgehog’s out to save his furry ass.

Okay His Prickly Predicament by Fel Fern is the seventh book in the Puppyville Pack series. You really need to suspend belief for this particular book. There are a lot of funny places too. I do like that about this series. But if you are able to suspend belief a little this is a great read.
Cody is a werehedge hog who works for WOOF a supernatural agency. His assignment is Cal Vega a former WOOF agent. He has retired but is being targeted by a released convict. Cody has always been told he could not be an agent because he is a hedge hog but he makes a mighty fine one.
Cal he has lost a man he loved before. Very moody. He really needs the light hearted vibe that Cody brings to his life.
This is a very well done book, the balance of humor and romance is good. I will say in places I felt it got a little on the silly side, but again that can be good in a book as long as you know to expect it. I really wanted Cody's story and was glad to get it. Over all really looking forward to the next story and seeing who falls in love next. Keep Puppyville books coming!
