Review

Mated with the Cyborg is the second book in the Cy Ops series by author Cara Bristol. I really am enjoying this erotic, action packed series. I liked how this book really seemed to have more content then the first one. We are getting into a little more of the world building now which I am a fan of. There is plenty of romance that kept me turning the pages too.
Mariska she comes from a planet where fear is a flaw. Flaws were to be punished. She is considered to be disfigured and forced to wear a vale to hide her flaw. I liked a heroine who was a true outsider. She has a strength to her that really was beautiful to see. Her core and heart are good, and she knows how to still be vulnerable and loveable at the same time.
Kai he is pretending to be her robotic guard. He considers her to be beautiful. He sees the inner beauty in her and wants her for himself. When he finds out her father sold her to leaders who would kill her, he saves her even though it is against his mission to do so. I liked his alpha personality, but he also knows how to access his emotions. A great blend that kept me wanting more of him.
Over all this is a great series that just keeps getting better and better. I love what I have read so far and cannot wait for more. When you want an original series with great action and adventure this is a great one to pick up.
