Imposter Curt would convince Cindra he was her husband long enough to turn the tables on the man paying him to fool her and gain even more.
Cindra knew the instant she saw Curt she still wanted him no matter what he’d done. Follow Cindra’s struggles to salvage the life she’d made for herself, not let him back into her life or heart, not to trust or succumb to the charms of a man changed too much, and to stay alive while she learns why Curt left her, and why he disappeared.

The Wait for Red Roses is the first time I have read author Larion Wills. I really loved her style and the pace of this book. Kept me on edge wanting to know what would happen next. Great mix of sweet romance and story that kept me turning the pages.
Cindra is a fiery personality. I like strong female characters that are both strong, but likeable and Cindra is that character for me. She is the one you want in your corner because she will never give up on you. Passionate and caring.
When her “husband” comes back from being away for three years she doesn't just welcome him back with open arms. She is not a doormat.
Curt was young and naive before. He never knew who he really was and needed time to grow up. Now he has and he is back to reclaim the woman he cannot forget. He has a huge challenge ahead of him but he is willing to put in the work to make it.
There is also someone out there who doesn't want these two together and they will do anything to stop them.
I liked the getting to you again Cindra and Curt have to do. They must also band together and pretty quickly or lose everything. When you want a fast paced sweet romance with a little mystery and suspense thrown in this is the one to pick up.
