Elite Ghosts

For more than two years they’ve been ghosts. Nothing but names on empty tombstones. Men and women forced to fade into the background after being pulled from the rubble. Dead Marines saved from a fate worse than death, but ordered to stand down while their lives disappeared all around them.

Some knew it could happen if a mission exploded. Double crossed by more than just Red Wolf. But now is their time to be reborn from the flames of a Phoenix. No longer imprisoned in the shadows. A half-life between them and their future. To make things right coming back to life is their only option.

Loyalty is their salvation but damage is always more than skin deep.

A new hope. A new family. Elite Ghosts.

Target: Tungsten by Heather Long - Bradley “Tungsten” Peck. Marine. Lover. Friend. He’s the man who can get anything, find anyone, and accomplish every goal. At least he was, before he lost the only woman who mattered…he won’t stop until he gets her back or she puts a bullet in him.

Zinc's Heart by Rebecca Royce - Zinc has nothing to prove--and everything to lose.

Lithium’s Rescue by Sabrina York - He will save her…unless she saves him first.

Thallium's Submission by Anna Alexander - From now on the only orders he will follow are hers.

Nickel’s Wounds by Saranna DeWylde - Hell hath no fury like a Marine who’s lost her way. Beauty was once her currency, but for a woman who can’t feel anything but agony, she has nothing left. Except the vengeance that could destroy the one man whose love could teach her how to save herself.

Titanium’s Sacrifice by Jennifer Kacey - Titanium. Warbucks. Commander. Brother. He is all of those things. And none of them. Giving up everything to save the men and women under his command was easy until it comes to one…last…sacrifice.

Review

Elite Ghosts: Six-Novel Cohesive Military Romance Boxed set, Elite Warriors Book 2 is written by authors Heather Long, Rebecca Royce, Sabrina York, Anna Alexander, Saranna DeWylde, and Jennifer Kacey each author has their own full length story inside this anthology. I love how it is a cohesive anthology all of the stories belong. Sometimes anthologies are jumbled stories these all have a purpose. They are contemporary military romances. I love tough alpha military men and this anthology has plenty in it. I cannot honestly say one is better than the other, all of them are really well done. I loved that! Makes it hard for a review but I love that I can say there is great writing inside this anthology and you will not be disappointed.

Here are my picks for this review. The first one is Target: Tungsten by Heather Long. In this story we meet Gunnery Sargent Bradley Peck he has woken to a world that thinks he is dead. The woman he loves doesn't even know he is alive. He joins his fellow survivors to find out who betrayed them and he is determined to find Cooper his true love again.
Cooper she has tried to move on with a life without Bradley. But just when she thinks she can do it, he is back. He has a bounty on his head and only Cooper can save him.
Gabriel is the man that Cooper was seeing while Brad was thought to be dead. He is not backing down from the woman he loves. He even will help her help Brad, anything to prove he is the man for her.
Watching these three come to terms with everything was emotional and powerfully written. Cooper is a strong woman who has to make some hard choices in this book. The angst and connection was amazingly well done and kept me wanting more. You just never know what is going to happen next when love is on the line.
My next pick would be Zinc's Heart by Rebecca Royce. Zinc has his own experience with coming back from the dead. He finds out who his betrayer is, but when his betrayer's sister needs his help can he say no? Sarah is nothing like her brother. She is innocent, little sassy, and a good person. She also has Zinc's heart. Watching this story unfold is both powerful and sweet at the same time. I really wanted more of them! They are great together. Alpha male with a female who can more than be a match for him.
Over all this is a great well thought out anthology that I could not put down. I hope these authors team up again. I would really love to read more from them all. This is a must read for all who love military romance and falling in love.
