Irresistibly seductive, and beautifully complicated, Reece Golden finds himself constantly at war with his inner beast when it comes to women. His human side is attracted to sinfully wild bad girls, while his wolf wants a quality woman who knows what she wants in life and isn't afraid to take it.

His world is about to be turned upside down when his human wants and his beast desires finally agree...

When the billionaire playboy finds himself tangled up in a property scandal, and comes face to face with the wickedly delicious curves that belong to the sexy businesswoman, Jade Nash, he knows his wild bachelor lifestyle is over. She is everything both him and his beast have wanted, and what the shifter wants, the shifter gets.

What he doesn't know is that unlike the other women he so easily enamors with his skillful hands, and fiery passions, the buxom brunette isn't going down without a fight. It'll take more than sweet words and soft touches to win her over. It's time to let his beast take control.

Note To Readers: Band Of Wolves is a standalone series where every book offers one complete story. There are cross-over characters in every book, but NO cliffhangers. It also doesn’t matter in which order you read the books. Enjoy!

WARNING: This book contains scenes of an adult nature. Only read if you are 18+, please.

Never Cry Wolf is the third book in The Band of Wolves series by author Catherine Vale. I liked this story. But the main thing that detracted from my enjoyment of this story was the wonky formatting. It really distracted me from the story, and took me out of it in places. I read on the computer so I cannot blame it on a device, but it was a tad hard to read.
Reece is a character I loved. Loyal, alpha in his own way but he wants someone to be his just his. I liked the possessive but sweet nature he has made me really want him to find his one.
Jade is a photographer. She is a strong person in her own right. She will not bow to someone's will too easily. I liked that about her she is a real spitfire and likeable at the same time.
Over all this story is great. It has passion, conflict, and great angst that kept me reading. Had the formatting been better I would definitely give it a reviewer's choice. But as it stands it is okay. I do not know if I would want to actually pay for a book that I had to struggle this hard to read. So story is a ten formatting is like a two.
