Only one man can help her. Is she willing to pay his price?
Faced with the potentially overwhelming loss of her family’s fortune, Lara Bertrand turns to the one man who can help her, the gorgeous and powerful Connor Donovan.
She knows he’s dangerous to her on every level. Only desperation would drive her to make such a risky proposition. After all, she knows all about his ruthless nature and relentless determination to succeed.
When the classy, elegant Lara walks into his office with an outrageous proposal, Connor is stunned and more than a little intrigued. Ever since he first met her, he’s been attracted to the cool beauty, but she’s more than kept her distance.
Connor is absolutely willing to help her out. For a price. He not only wants her hand in marriage, but also her total submissive surrender…
Reader Advisory: This book contains scenes of anal play.

Bind by Sierra Cartwright is the first in the Donovan Dynasty series. I hope there are many more this is a fantastic start to a series.  Lara has taken over her father’s company.  It is in dire need of financial help. She can think of someone who might help her, but is she willing to pay the price he will ask?
Connor has always wanted Lara. He is willing to play as dirty and passionately as he has to, to win her.   She needs his money he needs her heart.
I liked how Ms. Cartwright brought the BDSM into play to make these two characters have a deeper connection. Lara really wants to hang on to her heart, but Connor is trying to steal it away.
Both characters are very strong in their own way. I really liked that. Lara might be a sub but she is not someone to be walked all over. I love a passionate, beautiful, strong heroine and Lara is that in spades. Watching the push and pull of this relationship is one hot read.  I would love to read more in this series in the future.
