Review
Frenchman’s Cowboy by W. M. Kirkland is part of the 1 Night Stand series.  This book can be read as a stand alone as books in this series are connected only by Madame Eve’s matchmaking service, 1 Night Stand.  If you are looking for something quick and satisfying, books in this series are a perfect choice because they generally only span one night.  Sometimes they lead to more sometimes they don’t.  You just need to pick your poison.
This was the first time I read Ms. Kirkland and it will not be the last.  I enjoyed Tony and Dustin.  Two men who had absolutely zero communication skills other than between the sheets.  However, Ms. Kirkland allowed us to know what they wanted and what they were afraid of.  We got to know both Tony and Dustin intimately.  I found myself wanting one of them to just take that a leap of faith.  They were so different on the outside but their hopes and dreams meshed nicely, they just needed to speak up.  The chemistry was off the charts and the sex was hot.  I thought Ms. Kirkland did a great job of setting up the beginning of Dustin and Tony’s story without leaving you wanting after reading about their one night together.
