Publisher’s blurb

On his way home from a meeting of the North American werewolf council, Armand La Marche is stopped in his limousine by a boy who is hurt by an unknown assailant who murdered his friend. After decades of searching, Armand has found his mate. There is one problem, someone is trying to kill Sean.

Sean Quinn's friend Leroy was gutted trying to protect him. He runs for help and stops the first car he sees.

Armand LaMarche is head Alpha of the North American werewolf council and was in his limousine on his way home to his Manhattan brownstone. When the wounded boy stops his car, Armand recognizes two things—the boy is part wolf, an Omega with a great gift, and he's Armand's mate. Now all Armand has to do is claim his mate and keep him safe from the murderer.

His Omega Wolf by author A.C. Katt is a really well thought out book.   This is a great start to what promises to be a compelling series.  I liked the character development in this book.  And how the story flows. There is a good balance  which sometimes is very hard to do.
Sean has had it rough, he was beaten and thrown out of his own home when he told his father he was gay. He has made the best of it but soon finds he must sell himself if he wants to stay alive. When his best friend gets gutted right in front of him he has to run to stay alive.
Armand La Marche is the Alpha of the Loup-garou council of North America. When he sees Sean running he knows the blond twink is his mate.  He steps in and saves him.
The love between these two is instantaneous so you have to have some suspension of belief and prior knowledge of the average wolf mating, so if you are very new to this genre this book might be a bit jarring for you. I particularly like mating bonds so I loved that.
There is conflict but it is easily resolved. This is a feel good love story the kind you want to read when you want to believe in true love.  I think any true romantic would love this book. I know I will have it on my keeper shelf.
